What is the Emerging Leaders Program?

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) through Marcher Leadership provides organisations with a solid foundation to build their leadership capability. Equipping participants with the skills and practical know-how to create tangible outcomes in the workplace and help them become confident and competent leaders.

Objectives of the Emerging Leaders Program

This program is designed with 100% practically in mind, although particpants will be provided with some theory as part of their training. Particpants can expect to walk away with real world outcomes they can apply to their roles. Developing and strengthening leadership strategies in the workplace, such as:

better relationships with your team through heightened communication, and
self awareness and overall emotional intelligence.
