Oridnary leadership training gives participants knowledge, wisdom, and curated content from the lead coach. Whereas a mastermind group accelerates each participant’s growth through drawing upon collective experiences, wisdom, professional networks, and influence.
Different Deliverables
With ordinary leadership training the outcomes are generally based upon existing knowledge (information from books and the coach) which is then delivered via a specific framework. With our Leadership Mastermind Program information is more exclusive and often not readily available. It is delivered from personal experience and learnings of the facilitator and participants.
Different Demographic of People
Leadership training generally has a wider demographic of people. Whereas masterminds are more exclusive with a more specific demographic. As a result our Mastermind Leadership Program is more intimate as our groups are smaller.
